On-Line Weekly Referee
Match Record. All games that you officiate as the Referee, you will need to complete
a match record for each game and submit it to the MWFRA.
This information will be entered into our Games Register
and then forwarded to the MWFA to confirm results on the MWFA Match Cards. Other information such as Club teams fulfilling
their refereeing appointments in the divisions AL3 to AL9 & O35s, will be used by the Association, to determine if any penalties
(eg. points deducted) should apply to these Teams who do not honor their appointments.

Finally the payment process. This will speed up the time
for your match payments, will also provide us with a register for accounting purposes for referee payments..
Please complete all sections of the Match Record. REMEMBER to put your name
and pay number at the bottom of the match record along with both your AR's details...
