SENDOFF & CAUTION Reports

NOTICES
SENDOFF & CAUTION REPORTS.....Firstly, you must obtain these from the website and then for sendoff's, contact Tom Browne
during month of May and first week of June. Make sure you have filled out completely the reports before submitting.
These reports MUST be submitted to the MWFA before 1pm on the Monday following that weekend. With Caution reports submit
electronically or by fax or by hand, any 1 not all 3!. With the Sendoff reports, electronically or fax before 1pm and then
post or by hand, the original report with the MATCHCARD all completed.
DOGS.....There have been some
instances of dogs straying onto the field of play or very close to it causing players to be concerned about their safety and
that of the animal. At any time during the game this happens, you should stop play and ask someone (maybe the owner) to place
the animal on a leash and then to keep it under control away from the roped area or away from the sidelines at some distance.
Resume play when this has been completed.
LANGUAGE.....It is becoming a common occurrence that FOUL LANGUAGE
is being used on the field of play at unacceptable audible levels and it can be heard from the sidelines. Control this, such
as at the start of game, to warn players that it will not be tolerated otherwise you will apply the appropriate actions.
Furthermore in most cases common sense will prevail but immediate action must be used when clearly it has stepped over
the line.
