The MWSRA Constitution can be amended or new additions added every year.
The
following informs how it is done.
The Constitution for the Manly Warringah Soccer Referees Association are the Rules
and Regulations of our Association.
Amendments or Additions are heard at the POLICIES GENERAL MEETING set down for
the 3rd Monday in the month of September. There must be a written statement from the Proposer and Seconded by a member and
to arrive at Association's Secretary by 31st August. At the Policies meeting a discussion and the outcome will be voted upon
by a show of hands.
Then at the Annual General Meeting set down for the 3rd Monday in NOVEMBER the CHANGE in the
CONSTITUTION will be voted on by a "YES/NO" basis ONLY.
