SEASON 2008 REQUIREMENTS

Please note: There has been a change with regard to payment of Membership Fees for this Season 2008:
Any referee who wishes to pay their membership fees before the season commences can do so by the following methods:

SENIORS.....membership fee $35
made payable by preferred method of electronic payment to
BSB: 082-132 A/C: 52-866-5051 with
the Description 123 Jones (your 3 digit pay number, then your Surname)

JUNIORS.....membership fee $25
made payable by the preferred method of electronic payment to
BSB: 082-132 A/C: 50-933-1099 with
the Description 123 Jones (your 3 digit pay number, then your Surname)

Alternatively payment can be made by a cheque made payable to the MWFRA and posted to Treasurer-MWFRA, PO Box 1091, Dee Why 2099 NSW

For payments of match fees we will need your bank account details. If not known by our Treasurer or they have changed, please complete the following form and submit.

The following registration form needs to be filled out completely before sending to our registrar, by selecting the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form.

Trial games Start from Sun 10th Feb and continue each Sunday until Sun 23rd March

Youth League will require travelling approx every second week.
A team of four are sent to games.

PREMIER LEAGUE STARTS ON EASTER MONDAY 24th MARCH being 1st Knockout Round of FA Cup at CROMER PARK then 1st Competition Round Mens PREMIER LEAGUE SUNDAY 30th MARCH

SEASON STARTS for everyone else on 5th APRIL & 6th APRIL
